    • Powder Electrostatic Spray Guns: Comprising a powder supply bucket, dusting gun, and controller, these guns are designed for powder coatings. The powder supply bucket ensures good fluidization and uniformity.
    • Liquid Electrostatic Spray Guns: Commonly referred to as electrostatic spray guns, these consist of a nozzle, spray gun, electrostatic generator, and paint pump, making them suitable for liquid coatings.

    • Start by activating the oil pump to fill the gun with cleaning fluid. Circulate the fluid to clean the oil pump and nozzle.
    • After cleaning, switch to the paint bucket, ensuring the paint is well-stirred. The recommended paint concentration is around 11S for transparent paint and 13S for colored paint.
  2. Gun Debugging:

    • Install the appropriate nozzle and adjust the air pressure. Set the nozzle atomization arc as needed.
    • Adjust the power settings on the static box, ensuring it falls within the recommended voltage range (50-70V).
    • Maintain a proper distance between the spray gun and the workpiece, typically between 5-8 cm for smaller items and 8-12 cm for larger ones.
    • Ensure that both the painted workpiece and the hanger are grounded to facilitate effective electrostatic coating.
